What should I do if a girl files a stalking case?

I am in love with a girl, and we have been in a relationship for the past six years. I have never touched her without her consent. She put pressure on me to marry her, which I agreed to, but we needed our families' consent. She always said she was too young and kept making excuses. I went with my mom and a neighbor to talk with her family, but they didn’t give any response after that. During this time, she kept pressuring me, and several times she told me to leave my house and live with her because she wanted to stay with me. However, I refused, telling her that it would be wrong and that we should get married first. Now, she isn’t talking to me and has filed a stalking case against me. During the relationship, she made me feel guilty several times, saying I never took her out or bought her gifts. She also pressured me to buy a house and put her name on it, but I didn’t have enough money at the time to buy a house, let alone put her name on it.
