Can I claim share of mother’s property after gift deed?

I am in a love marriage and have asked for my share of my mother's property. The property is a 109-yard plot in my mother's name, and I have a legal share as her daughter. However, my mother has executed a gift deed transferring the property to my brother. Can I still claim my share in my mother's property, or can the court cancel the gift deed or grant me a share of my mother or father's self-acquired property?

If your mother’s gift deed was done legally, it may be difficult to reverse it. However, you can challenge the gift deed in court if you can prove it was made under coercion or fraud, or if you have a legal claim to the property under inheritance law.
