How to stop illegal construction on land I legally own?
My dad brought a land of 1 bigha. Owner forcefully occupied the land with bribes to the sdm and other revenue officials. I have complained them several times through online and by post but no action taken. Now they have started building in the land. I also filled hathbandi for measuring the land and possession of it before 10 years ago in sdm court but sdm never gave judgement and its under trail. How can i stop the illegal construction in my land. All papers of land are in my name.
Since the land is in your name, you can go to court and file a case to stop the construction and get your land back. You can also ask the court for a stay order.
