Illegal Possession
Q. In 2004 the case order one of the family that they are made a house in government property and passed an order to vacate the land along with some penalty for residing there, but till now they are residing there and no action taken against the order till now. I have question that how I get the court order and what action as an individual will I take against the family for illegally residing in the house.

If the person is not vacating the property of whose order is given by the court, you can file suit for civil contempt, and also you can complain to nearest police station, and to SP for illegal possesion of property, a criminal complaint will be lodged against him.
