Outstaying of tenant beyond reg online leave and licence navi mumbai
Sir in my leave and licence i have written if the tenant does not pay he and his belongings can be removed immediately but the police is saying to go to rent court and bring orders. Its been 3 years since registration 11 march 2020 to 2023 he has not paid a single penny his cheque have also bounced and he told his bank to stop payment. Pls guide
