Grand father purchased land in 1984 under is own name and my uncle name know both and grand father and uncle died and his son is not giving share in property

As per your query you have the rights over the grandfathers property and for that you can file a suit for the partion of such property and the property which is in the name of the uncle then for that aprticular property the legal heirs have the rights over such property ,
