What action can I take if tenant refuses to vacate?

I gave my house on rent 2 months ago through an online website without a rent agreement. But the tenant is doing illegal work in my house which is causing trouble to the neighbors and now to me. I have given him 1 month to vacate the room. What should I do if he does not vacate the room on the given date?

First of all, try to collect the evidence that the tenant is doing unlawful activity in the rented property and make a complaint to the nearest police station. After that, send a notice of eviction of the tenant from your rented property, and if they still do not vacate, file a civil suit for the vacation of the tenant from the rented property.

You can issue a formal written notice to the tenant demanding immediate vacation of the premises, specifying a clear deadline and the reasons for eviction and if the tenant fails to comply, you may file an eviction suit in the civil court.
