What can be done legally if you are not informed about future proceedings in court of law?

I am suspecting that, the FDP proceedings in partition suit are taking place without our presence. 1. How do we even Know that one of the defendant has initiated the FDP and proceedings are now being carried out in court ? 2. Is there an application we can file to notify court that any proceedings, hearings or a judgment for a particular survey numbers be carried only physical presence of Group B ? We are feeling helpless worried that something is happening behind the scenes.
