What is the solution for property and road disputes between brothers?
There are 2 brothers. The younger brother get house built when the family is joint and paid money to elder brother and the elder one get land to construct his house. Now the elder one trying to take water tank of younger brother . But the water tank is of younger brother because that is built with the house that younger brother get . And the next problem is that the mother of both brothers want road from one brother house to another should be common but the elder brother wants 12 feet road alone then younger brother will have no road and in that 12 feet road that water tank of younger brother is there and he is saying now it will be mine becoz it is in my road . But the mother wants the road should be common for both brothers which happen in every other house in India. And the tank of younger brother should given toh him becoz it was built with the house in which younger brother is living now. Tell me how to Solve this problem
