I booked two properties in outskirt of Bangalore. This site is panchayat Khata. It is not fall under BBMP. After booking, I gave property related documents to one of local lawyer he found that it is revenue site, No conversion, does not approved from BDA/BMRDA. When I show these documents to this group, they are not ready to give my booking money, they said they will deduct 30% as it is personal cancellation. During booking it is not mentioned anything about this. I don’t know what to do they are not returning my money at all.
