If you don't clear the debt within the court-ordered fourteen days, the creditor can take further legal steps against you. This could include starting an execution process whereby the court may order the seizure of your assets, garnishment of your wages, or attachment of your bank accounts in order to recover the debt. Moreover, your non-compliance may bring penalties or interest on the outstanding amount or even contempt of court proceedings against you. So try to avoid these all above by talking to your creditor or court about your financial situation and seeking more time or payment arrangement in installments. Promptness in action and transparency may help mitigate the consequences.

Sir, if you fail to settle the debt then the creditor may seek a default judgment which will result in enforcement actions. It is advised to consult an expert lawyer who will assist you in negotiating a new payment plan or addressing the court's ruling. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
