(i) Any special law and rule of Hindu law which comes into force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall have effect to carry out the purpose of this Act.
(ii) Any other law enforcement should enforce the commencement of the Act with immediate effect & it is inconsistent with any provision of this Act.
