I hit a bicycle (Pt-2)

For 1000rs to fix his bicycle , i told him that it won't cost more than 200 to even replace the pedal he insisted to get 700rs at the bare minimum, i told him that my house is very close he can park his car at my house and I will get it fixed and delivered to his house by tomorrow and I would even drop them to their house at the moment, he instantly asked for 300rs i showed him my purse it had a 500rs note and 2 100rs notes he asked for 200rs i gave him the money and apologized, then I left within 2 mins i reached my house i wanted to check if there was any damage to my car to my surprise the number plate was missing I went back to the intersection, he was gone i tried to look for the plate it was missing as well , i got home told my parents that the plate fell off and I didn't know when , now the current time is 11:49pm i can't sleep, I am worried about the plate maybe he took the plate to register a FIR against my father (the car is registered on his name) .
