Role of section 45 of insurance amendment act 1938 (updated 2015)
As per section 45 of insurance amendment act 1938 (2015) -Insurance companies can't reject a claim after 03 years of the policy starting date. But Till now insurance companies are rejecting death claims. Then what is the role of section 45. Please explain. Give a case reference also(latest judgement about sec 45)
