A person who has had their bail denied may, in fact, reapply. Your cause for a second bail application may be strengthened if there are new facts or circumstances that have emerged since the prior bail hearing (such as new evidence, a change in charges, or health issues). You can provide the new application a variety of justifications. For example, you may emphasize another important issue in the new application if the prior one concentrated on just one. You might also be able to ask a higher court for bail if a lower court rejected your request. You can create a strong case for the new application by speaking with an attorney.

Rape cases are very sensitive and hence courts are very strict while granting the bail. If your bail is rejected by the session court you can approach high court for the grant of the bail.
