Sir, In apartment due to parking space issue I had to send legal notice to builder and builder didn't accept notice and informed same to one person who stays in apartment and that person is threatening me that Ex Watchman who left 6 to 8 months ago will file an SC ST atrocity case on my dad where my dad never used his caste or religion. We are now worried what if police takes that case? Please
