Regarding bail after arrest

My father(bhoop singh) got arrested on 28nov22 and is in jail since then. He had introduced his friend(jagdev singh) to an immigration consultant (kushaldeep singh) who is our relative. Jagdev singh wanted to send his son to canada and paid around 19lacs to kushaldeep singh for this purpose but kushaldeep singh did fraud and flee away with the money to germany. My father was unaware that kushaldeep was doing any such conspiracy. Jagdev singh got angry and filed case against my father and kushaldeep s for doing fraud. My father got arrested and is in jail under420,406,120b ipc and emigration act1983, punjab travel regulations act2004. We have bank statement of jagdev singh that shows the money(18.5lacs) being transferred to kushaldeep singh’s account. What should we do? How much time will it take to get bail? Please help us we are from lower middle class family. My father is innocent.
