I have a restaurant with food license. My customer asked permission to drink inside my restaurant. Is it legal to allow ? As I'm not selling alcohol. He is bringing his own drink . Do I need any license ?

if you are running an restraunt and serving the food but not the alcohol then you should not let that person to drink in tha restraunt premises, as serving the alcohol or letting the person to drink need the license therefore you need special permit.
