Yes you can get your Brand registered, on the name of your mother, you dont need any GST number to get Trademark.
In case of trademark for company, LLP one need these certain documents:-
Copy of logo (optional)
Signed Form-48.
Udyog Aadhar Certificate of Registration.
Deed of Incorporation or Partnership Deed.
Signer's Identity Verification.
Proof of address of signer.
