BUILDING AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION CESS
We have paid 1% Building and other construction cess on value of building. For this purpose we choose higher value mentioned in report of certified engineer and Chartered accountant. Now BOC (Building and other construction cess department is asking us to pay cess at higher value. Can they do so??plzz guide

Hello sir,
You will have to pay 1 to 2 percent percent of the construction cost and if the department is asking more than two percent then you have the authority to apporach to the court to seek justice, to know more in details please call on our helpline number,
