Buying a land in India
I am resident of Russia, I want to buy a land in India to plant guar beans and to export that beans in Russia. Can you tell me can I buy a land and be an owner, which taxes I must pay for that? Can you please tell me may I plant guar beans on that field, and can I legally export planted guar beans then in Russia? There are any restrictions against exporting natural guar beans from India to other country?

you cannot buy the land in India but you can take it on lease for that paticular purpose
