Can a government employee be a partner in a partnership firm?
Sir, I am a partner in a Partnership Firm and we also own a trademark. I am also trying for Govt. job. If i Get selected in Govt Job, after selection can I leave the partnership and join the job without any problem. Or is there any issues with it. Please explain. I am confused. It is a partnership firm and not a Pvt Limited company.
