Can I leave a company without paying a bond?

I've signed an employment bond of 2 years with a certain company, its only been 3 months i will be resigning because the job description given to me is different and the working condition is also not good, am I liable to pay the bond amount as company haven't invested anything in my training.

Whether or not you are liable to pay the bond amount depends on the terms of the employment bond that you signed. If the bond states that you are liable to pay the bond amount even if you resign before the completion of the 2-year period, then you may be liable to pay the bond amount, even if the job description was different and the working conditions were not good.
