Client is my friend sent a threatening message to repay his fees back

My work is I provide account management service related to stockmarket...simple terms are first they will load 50k in their demat a/c & pay me 8800 as advance charges ...I said we bring 22k profit by daily trading within 30 trading days if due to market issues we are unable to make 22k return within 30 trade days we will trade till they get 22k there is no time limit we mentioned....our commitment is 22k....first time we made 22k return as expected...he made 2nd renewal and at that time we withdraw profit 17200 which we get above 50k..by the time we get remaining 4k rprofit capital went to 5k so I asked him to reload the profit withdrawn.to trade....he refused to load & asking his fees back that he lost trust on me,i tried to give guarantee for that r3loaded amount also..he is saying if I won't pay his fees back 8800 he will file a complaint on me,I he is sales tax officer in govt...my doubt is how can I protect me from such threatening,msg please reply sir tq

Hello sir,

As reading above your query  it seems , that you are service provider and you were paid to provide service and the first ou paid the amount which you mentioned that means you have provided the service, and the clients thus renewed the account as he wishes to continue, but all of sudden he refused to pay again, therefore it's his fault he continue or discontinues,  its nit mandatory that you would repay your charges as you already have provided him profit.
