Copy right

I am a writer. One of my books was published in 2003 through a Literary Agent (with whom I signed a contract for royalty.) This Literary Agent passed away a few years back. Not only that i didn't get any royalty, i was not given any account of the copies of the book published/ sold. I know that the publisher is still reprinting the book. I did write to the publisher asking for the account, to which he hasn't replied. What are the remedies available for me?

Hello sir/mam

If you have done the copyright registration of your book then anyone uses your work as it's work then you can get a legal notice drafted against the person who has infringed the law and if denies to pay the compensiation then you can apporach to the concerned court to get the compensiation
