Demanding back money paid to a service provider.
What is the process to get my money back (sum of 1 lakh rupees), paid to a service provider for some business-related deal, which I haven't received in the past 6 months since the deal got signed. It involves multiple follow-ups done from my side but with no results.

Hello mam
send a legal notice to that service provider and if he not return the money then go and complain to the consumer court or file the suit for recovery of money aginst that service provider.
