How do I file a complaint against a consultancy for threatening?

Hi , previously I'm a Hr recruiter in big mnc firm, by friend of friends I met with a consultancy team they offer jobs to non experienced candidates with fake experience with there payroll companies so at that time they offer me some amount for those profiles and later on i stoped do helping them and and later again we started very smally because not interested to continue but due very bad financial state I used to do only 1 or 2 profiles for some amount and I take 3Lakhs from them for my previous work given to them and He also do sell fake college graduation certificate to candidates , I know all these things ,now they are blackmailing that they will put case on me saying that I took that money and escaped because of them I lost my job again so I don't want support them anymore, can you please guide me what I need to do
