IPC 406, 420, 379, 506
I had taken few lacks of money in my current account for selling gst free product (potato) though i had no trade liscence. But i had refunded the amount time to time when i could not give him materials but i kept few amount of money which was the price of potato sold to him by me. But he has now done an FIR against me under IPC 406, 420, 379, 507. What should i do? I dont have pakka bill of potato selling and cash refunded to him (only account refund proof is there).

There are certain items in which gst is exempted, potatoes are some of such products, but in order to sell those products you need proper trade liscence and as the FIR has been lodged, if arrest is not made then go for Anticipatory Bail and if you have returned the money and have not done any kind of fraud to that particular person approach to High Court and appeal for quashing of FIR.
