Is there any way to get an early hearing date in high court?
We won an arbitration case against the Govt of Jharkhand in 2015 and were given an award. A stay was taken by the said Govt in 2016 .Since then case has been pending in the High Court without hearing. Is it possible to approach the Supreme Court for expedited hearing/remedial measures ?
