Unable to withdraw PF amount due to employer
I left my job in Aug 2022 and wanted to use PF amount for loan repayment. But employer has been migrating from private account to EPFO , and the delay is causing me huge interest payments in loan. It has been 8 months , still the PF amount is not yet migrated to EPFO. Can I sue the employer in this regard?
