What can I do if a company is not giving salary after termination?

I was working from home for a startup company in Mumbai which terminated my employment suddenly in November 2022 because of cash crunch issues at their end. However, they didn’t pay me last 2 months’ salary despite full-time work and didn’t make the FnF settlement till date. After writing repeated emails and regular reminders for months for the same, they have sent me a 4-page Mutual Release Agreement which I am supposed to sign after which they will release the amount mentioned in the agreement. But I have doubts about the clauses mentioned in this agreement and want to clarify if what is mentioned is legal and fair, or if there is anything mentioned which might put me in legal trouble after signing it. Please help.
