What can I do if my company terminated me without any prior notice?

I was working in a firm happily, then I was approached by another startup for the job. They tried hard to convince me. I found some new learning opportunity, so I switched to the new firm. But here the manager was not liking me and in just 1.5 month they terminated me citing performance issue, without any warning, with immediate effect although there was one month notice period. They told me that they can terminate an employee on probation, but Nothing is written about probation in appointment letter or offer letter... What should I do now? Also the company is located in Bangalore, it was work from home so I live in Delhi. Where should I complain now? Does it require me to visit Bangalore?
