What can I do when my employer is threatening me that they will file an false FIR against me?

Over the past two years, the employee has been working for a company that consistently delays salary disbursement. They have been requesting payment multiple times a month, but the company consistently breaches their commitment. The employee quit the job, but was forced to serve a two-month notice period or face harassment. Somehow I leave the company but after 6 months they again approach me to do a freelance WFH part-time job for a "10k monthly compensation". After I had done all the work as per their given instruction and sent all the working reports, in the end, they did not give me compensation on time. They gave me 8k compensation only after so many reminders. Again they breach the commitment. After all these things I decide to not work with them. But they harassed me to file a fraudulent case against me for not working properly and getting compensate * Need a suggestion on what I do to handle this situation ? * What steps do I have to take before they complain against me?
