What is the best way to manage indivisible property among legal heirs for future use?

There are 7 legal heirs of a property that cannot be partitioned. I would like to know what is the best way to manage the property for the future. Creating a partnership with the legal heirs as partners and the property transferred to the partnership is one option. The only activity of the partnership is to manage the property till it is sold. If needed, any partner can sell his share in the partnership to others. The shares will devolve to heirs. Is there a better option?
