I have given and amount of rupees 1 lakh and for that I have repayed the amount of 120000. Now he is not responding to my calls and neither he is returning my money. Kindly please show me and way for getting my money back. Thank you

please send the legal notice to the concerned authority and if he don't return the money then file recovery suit to the concerned person
