Hi, here is my question, I have a current acc on axis bank and my acc is credited with nearly 1cr. by a friend who works abroad, and the way he has done the transaction through a hawala i mean ( he handed over the remittance cash to a hawala party in abroad, and the hawala party transfer amount in INR through a cooperate business YES BANK account, which is registered in lok, Haryana. i reach out to axis bank and I explained to the bank where i have received the funds along with REMITTER details and the purpose of regular fish and prawns farming and have taken the investment as I want to expand my existing business and bonafide nature and dealt in ITR for the respective period, but the bank not listening to me and still kept my acc status as a debit frozen. debit frizzed by bank on june-2021 with the amount 0f 87lakhs. i need a proper suggestion to take the next move toward resolving my acc issue. thank you.
