Borrowed money that is not being returned
I would much appreciate if you could kindly clarify if the following is the right approach: a person living abroad lends money to someone in India and the money is not returned on time by the borrower - can a police complaint be filed via https://eservices.tnpolice.gov.in/CCTNSNICSDC/Co ? And after a complaint is filed, if the person who borrowed the money returns the money, can the complaint be withdrawn?

before lodging the complain you should send him the legal notice to return the money and if he denies you can file the summary suit aginst that person
