Can creditors visit my home for unpaid credit card dues?

I have not done payment of credit card for 2 months. Do they have right to visit the home address? They are harassing me

The credit card dealers have the right to recover outstanding dues but they will have to comply with the rules and regulations. They can contact you through electronic media but it should be with dignity. In case of evident harassment, they can be compelled to follow the RBI guidelines and shall be charged under provisions of IPC/BNS. They will have to contact you or visit your home in the reasonable hours ( 7 AM to 7 PM).
