Can I directly file a case in the Supreme Court?

I had 2 deaths in my family in the last one year also my daughter has a medical condition which needs a regular treatment due to which I am in over debt and unable to pay my HDFC personal loan EMI's on time lately. My EMI's are getting bounced due to insufficient funds from the last consecutive 5-6 months and I have to borrow funds from somewhere else to stay current on my EMI's. My income source is only my salary but I have expenses 15k above what I get. Currently I am in a debt trap and this debt is only increasing month on month. I wrote emails to HDFC multiple times requesting EMI's to be paused for some time with no positive response. I've also put my house on sale and once its done I'll overcome this situation and payoff their loan in one shot meanwhile I need a relaxation on my EMI's (INR 21035/- pm). Can I file a plea through supreme court, If yes, how much that would cost me. What are my other options?
