Cheque bounce a/d lost by advocate
We lodged a case aft.cheque bounce in 2018.Advocate lost Legal notice a/d.Now judge says without a/d case can not be accepted.As per post office ,Postal records destroyed after 6/12 months,so no postal a/d can not be available .Is there any solution?

if advocate lost such notice and court is asking for such then you have to show that particular notice before the court it is merely important to show that, try to find the copy if available.
