CHEQUE BOUNCE CASE

For an offence to be commited under section 138NI ACT , 3 conditions need to be met . 1) present cheque within 30 day to the bank 2) if cheque bounced , bank to issue memo , payee to inform drawer within 30 in writing 3) payee must upon receiving written notice , complete payment within 15 days in current none of the above complied with . yet legal notice sent to drawer , is legal notice valid

if the cheque is presented and it is bounced and the bank had issued the memo then only the legal notcie will be valid and if these circumsatnces are not compiled then legal notice is said to be valid and for more information related to the NI act 138 please call on our helpline number
