Company bond amount notice
Hi sir, I worked in top MNC software company in there 2 years of bond and 1 year prohibition period , and served 16 months over there after that small bike accident happened for me I asked 3 months of rest non paid leaves but they ignored and so I absconded from there , now they are asking me to pay 1.8L but actually bond amount is 1.2L again they added notice period amount 28k + 34k GST also , I don't know what to do now , I tried to call my HR N number of times but no response, now I received a mail from advocate, and they only given 40 days one subject training that Also 40 to 60 members online class , no I don't know what to do , could you please help me on this.

As per the judgement of different courts in india no employee is forced to work and the bond system is now no more active in india, as per Article 19 of Constitution evrey one is free to work, if the company had expense on your training then the company can ask for the money, but if no such amount is invested then you are not laible to pay any amount to that company
no company can force you to work against your will if they are demanding money from you file a suit against the company for compensation for mental harrasment.
