Friend don't want to return my money back
I have given money to a friend as a help purpose but he is not returning my money back .Amount is more than 1 lac Please suggest what to do

For this dispute send aa proper legal notice to your friend for the recovery of money and then also he don't return the money then file a recovery suit aginst that person
