Friend is not returning money
Hello sir/ Madam I give 15000 rs to my friend on 05 Apr 22 vide phonepe. Now he is daily cheating me regarding return money. I am serving in armed forces and my native place in UP and currently I am posted at Tamilnadu. If I file court case than I can not come court due to security reasons. I have full evidence against him like voice recording, whatsApp chat, online transaction statement ect. What can I do now? Regards

Hello sir,
If your friend is not returning the money you can send a Legal Notice to that person and if dont return money file a complain for cheating against that friend, this will surely help you.
