Gold loan issue
When I was surfing through one of gold loan NBFC , it said I am eligible for a top up for one of the old gold loan i have taken and closed by paying the amount. I have applied for loan and loan got disbursed instantly without asking for any gold. Now after 15 days branch people harrasing me indefinitely to immediately close the loan. Please let me know what to do since I don't have the gold and cannot arrange money on such short notice.
