How can I claim fixed deposit after maturity?
A Nidhi company is not able to repay the matured deposit amount from Dec 2022 onwards, where my deposit got matured, since then I am following, but they are keep postponing, I went to Ministry of affairs, they said got to NCLT (National company law tribunal), but they say there will be many hearings, no guarantee, Can someone advice me what needs to be done, to recover my amount.
