How can I deal with false money cheating case against me?
I have outstanding credit card amount of rs 2 lakhs . Bank has given write off and after receiving the notice by bank I paid 15k. Now bank employee is calling me and telling they will file cheating case after I told them I can pay 30k every month. Please advice how can I avoid cheating case?
