  1. Visit the Police Website: Access the official website of the concerned police station or the state police department. Most police departments have an online portal for filing complaints.

  2. Register and Login: Create an account on the online portal using your personal details. Once registered, log in to access the complaint filing section.

  3. Select Complaint Category: Choose the appropriate category for your complaint, such as "Money Dispute" or "Non-Repayment of Loan."

  4. Provide Complaint Details: Fill in the required details, including your name, contact information, the borrower's name, the loan amount, the date of lending, and any relevant communication or agreements.

  5. Attach Evidence: Upload any supporting documents or evidence, such as loan agreements, bank statements, or communication records.

  6. Submit Complaint: Review the complaint carefully and submit it. You will receive a complaint reference number for future tracking.
