How can I get my money back from an online scammer?

I happened to meet Mrs. K Sidhu (original name- A. Puri) online on Instagram. I called her and told her that I am interested in doing photo shoot, she provides services to new models. She called me and said that I was shortlisted for some ad shoots. As a process, I had to submit some security amount which was refundable.  I had transferred a total of 1.13 lacs to her till Jan 2023 multiple times. All transactions are done online and is directly transferred to her. I have all the transaction reference ids as a proof. I also have her emails from her official email id where she had shared the details of the ad shoots. After waiting for almost a month when the dates for the shoot did not come, I asked her to refund my money. After 2 days she dropped a mail that she has initiated a refund process and it takes 45 days to refund the amount. The 45 days period was over on 29th Mar 2023.
