How can I get my money back from someone legally?
I gave 2 lakhs INR to a person,and she gave me 2 blank cheque with sign,if she refuse to pay can I file a case and take my amount from her

when you present cheque in bank and if any reason cheque is bounced you can file a case under section 138 of NI act and you can also file a money recovery suit to know more information you can contact are hepline no.
